Vertigo Club Raises Profile with Xone:V6

Vertigo and X-Lounge, which can function as two venues with Vertigo on the 17th floor housing the main DJ booth and X-Lounge on the 16th floor with a second DJ booth, has established itself as a key venue for
international DJ's, hosting artists from Bedrock and Renaissance labels, and the Indonesian leg of the DMC World DJ Championships.
"The Management refused to compromise on the quality of the equipment for the sake of budget, ensuring that every DJ that spins in their booth will have no cause to complain about any part of the set up - from the equipment they use to the monitors they hear," comments Pratama Budiman, managing director of Allen & Heath's Indonesian distributor PT Santika Multi Jaya, which supplied the equipment.
Measuring 3x5m, the Vertigo DJ booth offers DJ's the choice of linear or rotary control with the installation of the Xone:92 and Xone:V6, complemented by four Technics turntables, two CD players and EAW monitor speakers. X-Lounge's booth also contains an Allen & Heath mixer – the popular Xone:62 - also complemented by Technics, CD players and EAW monitors. The FOH system includes Crest amplification and EAW speakers throughout the venue.
"The club asked Jakarta's top DJ, DJ Naro, to try out the Xone:V6 before they purchased the mixer. The difference in the sound system when using the V6 was obvious; the V6 produced a much more defined sound - the high frequency became smoother and the bottom end become tighter," continues Budiman. "Investing in this remarkable product has dramatically raised the Club's profile - Vertigo has joined the elite!"
