Coemar to Show Four New Products at LDI

Detailed market research and the development of new technologies have seen Coemar design a series of innovative new products that will be presented at the LDI, in Las Vegas. They include moving heads equipped with patented devices and other related products, as a result of a significant evolution in LED technology.

Recently, Coemar has been considering the need to rationalise its international exhibition schedule. They figure attending too many exhibitions wastes resources, slowing down the development of new products and the activities of support and technical assistance. Therefore, for this year, following Rimini, Frankfurt, Dubai, Beijing and Tokyo, Coemar has decided to focus exclusively on the LDI and will not attend PLASA in London in September.

Coemar has announced that its leading customers and distributors in terms of performance will be hosted by the company (flight + hotel) in Las Vegas so they achieve the best conditions to get to know and appreciate for the first time the new products being presented at the show.

In a new approach towards its customers, Coemar says it has widened its listening abilities and has developed a new structure in order to react to new market requests in a prompt and effective manner. The project is based on three main objectives that will be completed before the end of the current year. To improve customer services they will speed up response times and the availability of technical personnel where required by the customer. There will be a dedicated section on their website, exclusively accessible by technicians and operators, with all the necessary technical documentation for the operation of Coemar products and for assistance. Finally, there will be courses for technicians and training for vendors, to be held at Coemar premises or at the site of companies upon request.
