Knowledge Hub @ PALME Asia
This year at PALME Asia, from 12-14 July at Singapore Expo, there is a great new free education programme by Knowledge Hub dedicated to the key business issues for the professional sound, light, music, audio visual and systems integration technology industries, featuring free seminars and case studies from industry experts sharing their secrets and achievements.
Highlights of this free seminar education programme include: Audio Design & Implementation @ Doha 2006 Asian Games (the entire design and technical production team responsible for the spectacular Doha 2006 Asian Games); Measurements from Impulse Excitation to Live Sound (Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Ahnert, ADA Acoustic Design Ahnert); Touchpanel Design Guidelines (Peter Hunt, Consultant, Hewshott Associates).
New for this year are the Spinworkz audio and lighting seminars: The Audio Seminar (David Marsh, PMK Consultants, USA) and The Lighting Seminar (Brad Schiller, Brad Schiller Inc, USA).
Also taking place this year are the AES Seminars, which include: Eureka-147 DAB – A Digital Radio Revolution, hosted by Dr Roland K. C. Tan, MediaCorp Radio Singapore and Audio/Video Education using an Assessment Index and a Simulator by Joe Peters, National University of Singapore.
