Martin Welcomes Abhishek Guha – Country Manager, India
Martin Professional has announced the hiring of Abhishek Guha (pictured) as the company’s new Country Manager in India, replacing Sanjay Tiwari. Abhishek, 30, takes on the responsibility of sales and marketing of the Martin brand across the Indian subcontinent, working from an office in Bangalore.
Abhishek comes to Martin from Intercraft Engineering where he was instrumental in establishing production licenses in India with European lighting brands such as Regent Lighting of Switzerland. He also formed exclusive contracts with other European companies like Occhio of Germany and Prandina of Italy for the Indian and Middle Eastern markets. He also developed sales channels and specified fixtures into projects for the brands.
Abhishek began his career at NCI India, an IT networking company, providing end to end solutions. Later he got involved in home automation, eventually moving into lighting where he created home-based automated lighting solutions.
