Mach CM Series of Medium Throw Installation Speakers
The Mach CM Series is a line of unique, dedicated top boxes for medium throw applications. It has been specifically developed with very high SPL and controlled dispersion in a compact design and is ideal for venues requiring excellent audio clarity and high power performance.
The CM 9, 12, 15 and 18 all feature a rotatable horn for optimum dispersion and can be easily switched from passive to active mode through a multi-pin connector. Like the other speakers in Mach’s C-Range, the new CM Series embraces more than just incomparable sound quality however. Co-designed by contractors for contractors, the CM Series is a breakthrough in installation speaker design and extraordinarily easy installation.
The CM Series features a unique and innovative mounting system, which along with the rotatable horn, allows for total flexibility when setting aim points. All speakers in the CM Series feature 18 flying points - four of which are fully adjustable - allowing for full flexibility in vertical and horizontal positioning. The versatile mounting system allows for full flexibility and easy installation using u-bracket (included), multi bracket, eyebolts or cluster brackets. The CM Series allows for flexible and easy connection in seconds with recessed Speakon and barrier strip terminals. A scratchproof Safe Coat surface and extruded aluminum profiles give an exceptionally strong and robust cabinet with fast and easy access to all serviceable parts.
All speakers in the CM Series powerfully project every nuance of pure sound in any environment you choose. Acoustically, the products are ideal for clubs, bars, cafés, lounges, restaurants, churches, hotels, fitness studios, conference rooms, shopping malls and more. They can be used in combination with a subwoofer or as a delay speaker.
The CM7 is a dedicated top box specifically developed for medium throw applications with a high demand for very high SPL, high power handling and clarity in an ultra compact design. It houses one 8" mid-woofer with very low power compression and high power handling. The tweeter is a 1" compression driver with a constant coverage horn. The CM7 is the smallest of the new medium throw speakers from Mach and is ideal for solutions related to small or medium size venues or as in-fill in seating areas.
The CM9 is a dedicated top box and ideal for high power in small and medium size venues with low ceiling fixing points. The CM9 is a unique medium throw speaker with extremely high output in a very compact design. It features a rotatable horn with a 90 x 60 degree dispersion allowing for complete versatility in vertical and horizontal mounting. The CM9 houses two 8" woofers with very low power compression and high power handling. It also features a 1" compression driver on a constant coverage horn with low distortion. It is ideal for low ceiling applications in bars, cafés and smaller clubs where extremely high output is needed.
The CM12 is a dedicated top box and is ideal for applications in small to medium sized venues. The CM12 is a unique medium throw speaker in a compact design with high output and a controlled dispersion pattern. It houses a powerful 12" woofer and 1" compression driver with a constant coverage horn with low distortion. A rotatable horn with 90 x 75 degree dispersion allows for complete versatility in vertical and horizontal mounting. It is designed specifically for small to medium size venues where high output and low ceiling fixing points are required.
The CM15 is ideal for medium to large size venues and can run either as a top box or as a full range box. It is a unique medium throw speaker with very high SPL and a controlled dispersion pattern. It houses a powerful 15" woofer and 2" compression driver with a constant coverage horn with low distortion. A rotatable horn with 90 x 55 degree dispersion allows for complete versatility in vertical and horizontal mounting.
The CM18 is a unique medium throw speaker with ultra high SPL and a controlled dispersion pattern in an ultra slim design. It houses two powerful 12" woofers and a 2" compression driver with a constant coverage horn with low distortion. A rotatable horn with 90 x 55 degree dispersion allows for complete versatility in vertical and horizontal mounting. It is designed specifically for medium to large size applications and is ideal for low ceiling installations when positioned horizontally.
