Pacific 45-75 Zoomspot - a Unique New Tool for the Lighting Designer

The latest addition to Selecon's world leading range of profiles - the 45-75 Pacific Zoom - delivers angles from a profile in a precise well-controlled beam that have never been available before.
Until now, angles much beyond 50 degrees have not been available from a profile, other than of course Selecon's Pacific 90-degree fixed beam zoomspot. Now, with the versatility of the Pacific zoom system you can choose your required angle from 45 to 75 degrees for precise area illumination or pattern projection. From a throw of six metres the Pacific 45-75 delivers a beam adjustable from 5m to 9m in diameter.
The Pacific 45-75 zoomspot opens up a whole new world of creative possibilities in both entertainment and architectural lighting, whether for full body shots from close in side stage positions or for texturing the complete set using only a few luminaires. Lighting designers around the world have put the 45-75 on trial over recent months, and the feedback has been so positive that Selecon brought forward the release date to ensure they could access units for their upcoming productions.
White Light has purchased Pacific 45-75 luminaires to meet the growing demand from UK lighting designers for the Pacific range. The 45-75s will complement their existing Pacific inventory, which includes 80V Power Systems. The Pacific 45-75 lens tube can be used with any Pacific light source, including mains voltage tungsten halogen (600W - 1000W); 80V 1200W; 575W MSR and 70/150W CDM.
The Pacific Zoom 45 - 75 is available to try out in your theatre now by contacting your Selecon dealer.
