Sennheiser Communications Launch Web-Based Headset Selector
Sennheiser Communications has released a web-based Headset Selector and Setup Guide – a helpful tool for distributors, resellers and headset buyers.
The Headset Selector is designed to help customers to find the right headset for Telecom or Multimedia applications. For call-centre and office use, the step-by-step guide allows you to select your telephone make and model. For the selected phone it offers a choice of headset type (over the head, over the ear etc.) and then shows the range available, both direct connection and wireless. You then choose a model and the Selector illustrates the accessories available before presenting the final solution with cable type and box settings. It also offers a PDF brochure download of the selected product.
Commenting on the Headset Selector, David Cain of Sennheiser Communications said: “Working through the selection of headphone models and accessories and assessing telephone compatibility, cables and setup, has always meant wading through lists, which is frustrating and time consuming for the seller and the buyer. This simple Selector cuts through that and provides the solution in the time it takes to press a few buttons. I’m sure it will be a great help to all of our customers.”
