InFocus Launches Affordable 16:10 Projection Screens

InFocus Corporation has introduced two affordable, new 16:10 projection screens, a 70in Pull-Up (the first 16:10 Pull-Up screen on the market) and 106in Pull-Down, both purpose designed for users of the latest generation of W-XGA projectors and laptop notebook computers.
InFocus is one of the few companies offering screens of this aspect ratio/size and the only company to be delivering 16:10 screens at such attractive price points. And although intended primarily for business users these versatile screens can also be used in many other situations thanks to their useful screen ratio i.e. 720i/720p/1080i/1080p.
The 106in (diagonal) 16:10 Pull-Down screen (SC-PDW-106) usefully exceeds the crucial 100" diagonal "threshold" that many customers look for when they purchase pull-down projection screens. It is also the first ever InFocus pull-down screen with a speed-controlled screen return and an ‘any position' locking mechanism, features that add a genuine touch of class and quality when the screens are in use.
Installation is quick and simple thanks to the use of ‘floating' mounting brackets, designed to allow for easy left/right adjustment.
At 70in (diagonal) the SC-PUW-70 Pull-Up screen - the only 16:10 Pull-Up solution on the market - is larger than the majority of flat panel displays and provides a cost effective, convenient and instant projection solution.
Weighing just 5.5lbs the screen offers five height positions, via an extension pole and has adjustable levelling feet, to ensure that it remains stable when extended. Equipped with a generous 100cm black drop as standard the SC-PUW-70 is a flexible 16:10 solution that allows adjustment to suit most projection environments.
Both the Work Big 106in SC-PDW-106 Pull-Down screen and 70in SC-PUW-70 Pull-Up screen have a gain rating of 1.0 and come with a standard 1 year warranty. They are available now from authorized distributors and resellers.
