W-DMX Boosts R&D with 60 Years of Experience
Wireless Solution Sweden AB has added three individuals with over 60 years of collective experience to beef up the Research and Development of W-DMX. With these additions, they have committed to an investment in the future.
"We're very excited to add these talented individuals to the R&D team," says Niclas Arvidsson, CEO of Wireless Solution. "Between the current economic situation and the wide attention to sustainability and carbon footprint, this is absolutely the best time for us to make W-DMX even better. It saves money and the Earth, so we feel an obligation to research better and more efficient ways to achieve perfect results, rather than just cross our fingers and hope for the best.
"Wireless Solution has always been the market leader in wireless DMX technology," Arvidsson continues. "With this new investment we are ensuring that we will continue to offer the best product available and always develop the latest technology and keep the number one position."
Mats Jonsson is the new CTO for Wireless Solution, with 25 years' experience in software development for major manufacturers of infrastructure equipment. Jonsson will be project manager for W-DMX, responsible for software design.
Kjell Johanesson is a new radio engineer with 20 years' experience from Ericsson, the number one provider of mobile phones and GSM Networks, which were the technologies that formed the basis of W-DMX when the company formed in 2004.
Willhelm Alhgreen is responsible for hardware design and will work together with Mats and Kjell to continue the development of new products that will make Wireless Solution the market leader for wireless lighting solutions in entertainment, architectural and OEM applications.
