Rope Assemblies Launch New Safety Helmet for Riggers
Rope Assemblies has launched a black safety helmet for use in the rigging and theatre industry. A major benefit of this helmet is the additional ventilation in the top and the sides, making it ideal for outdoor summer work and working in theatres. All ventilation holes are protected against penetration from outside and it comes complete with a free 5 LED single setting head torch which fits neatly into the specially designed retaining brackets.
“We heard a lot of riggers raising concerns about the heat this summer and how their helmets did not have sufficient ventilation for cooling. This helmet has additional vents in the top, which are designed to increase airflow and therefore keep riggers cooler,” explained Siobhan Hitchen, MD of Rope Assemblies.
“They are also ideally suited for work in theatres, and the light fittings allow the use of our three setting head torch, which has a five red LED configuration for use in blacked out conditions,” she added.
The helmets retail at £30.00 inc VAT and can be purchased by calling Rope Assemblies on 01777 700714. The three setting torch retails at £5.50 inc VAT when purchased with a helmet.
