MC2 Appoints New Belgian Distributor
ASC, one of the leading pro audio distributors in Belgium, had been looking for a top amplifier brand to go along with its other distributed brands. They wanted a truly independent name that did not conflict with any of their existing brands, and MC2 provided the perfect fit.
Said ASC: “We chose MC2 because it has an excellent reputation. We know designer Terry Clarke’s reputation very well, and after putting them to the test and meeting with their Ian McCarthy, who is very nice to work with, we decided that this was the route we wanted to take. MC2 is a small company with great people and top quality products. It’s not like the big players, it’s a very human company with people who understand the market.
“We have already made two important sales: one with the classic MC Series to Stage Team, a rental company that has a big Turbosound Flash/Floodlight system; and a second sale to a very important theatre in Brussels, L'Orangerie du Centre Culturel de la Communaute Francaise de Belgique: Le Botanique, with the new E45s.
“We’re particularly pleased with the new E Series’ quality, performance and the way it looks! We’re convinced MC2 will perfectly fit our philosophy and our portfolio."
