Sennheiser UK at SBES 2004

On show will be a wide range of Sennheiser professional headphones and microphones including the MKH series of RF condenser microphones, the benchmark for many sound recordists. Radio microphone systems exhibited will include the new evolution G2 and the industry standard 3000 series. As always, there will also be a selection from the Neumann range of products including the new BCM 104 broadcast condenser microphone, designed specifically for radio stations.
GuidePort offers the SBES visitor a unique solution to the problem of presenter cue systems and was predominantly designed for the museum industry. This revolutionary system, however, is also the perfect solution for studio cue systems. Experience it at the Sennheiser stand!
Also on display will be Rycote’s latest Microphone Suspension, Modular Windshield and Windjammer systems, which give outstanding protection from wind noise in the worst of conditions.
A new introduction to the broadcast market is the Rane electronics processor and interface range. Many of the Rane devices will prove to be useful in problem-solving within many broadcast applications. Precision power amplification from Lab.gruppen will also be on display.
Sennheiser will also exhibit for the first time at SBES the NetCIRA network audio system, utilising EtherSound technology to distribute up to 64 channels of high-quality audio over a standard CAT5 cable. NetCIRA by design has a latency of 1.25 microseconds, effectively real time audio at 24bit 48khz. The ease of use and extreme flexibility of NetCIRA make this unique device a must see on the Sennheiser stand at SBES.
