New Exclusive Distributor for DPA in France
DPA Microphones has announced that its products will be represented exclusively in France by Pulse, a distribution company formed a year ago by former SCV Audio director of sales Christophe My.
Based in the Meuse district of Lorraine, North East France, Pulse prides itself on offering clients a full range of professional audio products geared towards the broadcast, theatre, studio, large scale productions and installations markets. The DPA range - which will be handled by product manager Jean-Pierre Michel, joins brands such as Outline, Aviom, Carver, Ultrasone and HHB in Pulse’s product portfolio. Pulse will be working with DPA’s entire range of top-end microphones, which are expected to find studio, theatre and stage applications. The company has eight local agents which cover the whole of France.
DPA and Pulse will make their debut together at the Festival de Cannes 2004 in May, where the French company is sponsoring the 450 capacity Mediterrannée conference room at the Carlton Hotel. This venue is to host evening events which will be attended by international VIPs, artists, singers, producers and reporters for the duration of the festival.
Here DPA will introduce its brand new products, the 4088 cardioid headband microphone, and the WINDPAC ultra-lightweight weatherproof solution for location recording, alongside featured products from its established range.
