Blitz Invest Further in Sennheiser Radio for Corporate Hire

Blitz Sound, a leading supplier of equipment and services to the corporate AV and theatre markets, has just purchased a further 24 channels of Sennheiser 3000 series, including 3072 handheld and 3063 pocket transmitters, to add to its corporate hire stock.

Commenting on the purchase, Blitz regional manager, Chris Jordan, explains: "There are two main reasons behind our decision to invest in this substantial increase in our 3000 series stock. The first is the increasing demand from the corporate market for the very best sound quality, and that means using premium products. The advent of the 3532 provides near 1046 audio quality and meets this need. The second reason is the increasing use of more and more radio mics at events and the need to avoid conflicts in venues. With 3000 series we can use channels 35 and 62, in addition to 69, and provide the client with site specific licensing, which is a big advantage." Chris continues: "By investing in Sennheiser we are also assured of product reliability in use, critical in this market, and excellent technical back-up from Sennheiser UK if we do ever need it."

Sennheiser UK's product marketing manager, Paul Nunnington, added: "Since its introduction, 3000 series has proved to give the sound quality and reliability needed for broadcast, theatre and high-end corporate audio-visual applications. This further commitment by Blitz, whose experience and technical competence is second-to-none is, for us, further recognition of the products industry leading status in this market area."
