London's First Icon Console Installed at Scrub
London's first Digidesign Icon D-Control console has been installed at Scrub, HHB's specialist post-production division based in Soho. The console will be used for private demonstrations and training at Scrub's Berwick Street demo suite with sessions conducted by the UK's only Icon Certified Specialist – Scrub product specialist Niels Stevens.
Icon is a revolutionary integrated console environment featuring the all-new D-Control tactile work surface, Pro Tools|HD Accel as its core DSP engine and modular HD audio interfaces for analogue and digital I/O. Visitors to Scrub will discover how ICON00- empowers operators to accomplish every aspect of a project – recording, editing, mixing and processing – complete with integrated video and delivery. Every element of a session is recallable, enabling operators to switch out even the most complex sessions in minutes.
Recognising the company's unique expertise in post-production audio technology, Digidesign has appointed Scrub as the UK's only high-level Icon representative, authorised to commission and install the new console, and to provide training. Customers requiring a comprehensive demonstration of the ICON console should contact Scrub Office manager Tina Lewis to arrange an appointment.
