CM Takes Command at PLASA 2004
With their largest stand to date, the focus from CM will be on their new range of CM Pro-Commander hoist control products specifically aimed at the high end computerized and BGV-C1 hoist market. The range includes a cost effective BGV-C1 manual controller, all the way to a Mitsubishi Electrics powered variable speed system capable of running the new Varistar hoist up to speeds in excess of 30 metres per minute with a 500 Kg s.w.l. This system also includes full load monitoring feedback, which will be regularly demonstrated on the stand.
As well as the control products CM will also be showing their new range of BGV-C1 approved Lodestars designed especially for computerized control, including the CM Pro-Commander line. A range of other more standard products will also be available for inspection.
CM will also be showing off their latest new recruit, Klaus Weber. Klaus, who has recently joined the company as regional manager for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe will be at PLASA throughout the show. Before joining CM, Klaus was managing director of COW Consulting and prior to that was sales manager for the German CM distributor Pfaff Stage Technologies, where CM first got to work alongside him.
CM products will also be shown on the Lift Turn Move (LTM), Litec, Sonoss and Tomcat stands and will also be seen working above the show floor supporting the rest of the entertainment industry and their stands.
