Fifty Line Long Throw Active Speaker System
dB Technologies’ new electronically controlled active system Fifty Line offers the professional user an extremely flexible and compact PA system.
The system comes in three main components. The FL 10 Passive high frequency speaker is equipped with a horn loaded 10” woofer and a B&C 1” pressure driver coaxially positioned. dB have used their long history and experience in plastics to develop this horn, and the work on its development is reflected in the weight, sound and output pressure of the system. The driver has been specially designed and manufactured for the unit to achieve an extremely smooth frequency and angle of output.
The FL15 is the mid-bass of the system, incorporating both a 500Watt/RMS power amp and a 300 +100 Watt/RMS power amp, used to power the FL 10, by way of a four-channel speaker cable. The result of combining the two units already results in a complete full range speaker system.
FL18 Sub bass is a bass reflex unit driven by an 18” B&C woofer, together with an internal 600 Watt/RMS class-H power amp.
Fifty Line offers an exceptional acoustic sound, in an extremely flexible and compact system. As a full range set-up, FL 10/FL 15 is perfect for smaller productions and speech applications. With the addition of the FL 18 sub it is perfect for rock/disco use, giving a compact reliable unit for both concert halls and open air productions.
