Monstor Mirror Ball Goes for 1000-mile Charity Walk
To celebrate their 25th year in business, Walthamstow east-London based specialist lighting manufacturer Light Engineering are organising a very unusual prize draw. Five-thousand of their customers have been invited to enter a competition to win a giant 30-inch mirror ball.
However, before the draw, the ball will be going on a 1000-mile charity walk round London in the capable hands of local stunt man and celebrity Terry Cole – all in aid of the tsunami appeal. The monster disco ball has around 27,500 individual mirror pieces and Light Engineering feel sure it will be just the thing to ensure Terry stands out in a crowd. So, if you see a monster mirror ball moving down the road, it will almost definitely have Terry underneath it!
Now, if you think a 30-inch mirror ball is big, Light Engineering has just completed their third commission to produce a 69” mirror ball - the second one to go to France – which they will be despatching before the end of the month
