XS!TE – a New Venue in the North

With an audience capacity of over 2,000 and more than 15,000sq m of space, XS!TE is within easy distance of the major conurbations of Bradford, Doncaster, Leeds, Sheffield and Wakefield. Complemented by bespoke staging and lighting capabilities, it is already proving a popular alternative to the standard hotel and venue facilities, not just in the North of England, but nationally.

Located within the established Xscape recreation complex at junction 32 of the M62, the venue offers event organisers the additional benefits of a real snow ski slope, ice wall, bowling alley, ski ride and numerous bars and restaurants. The site has more than 1500 free parking spaces and excellent transport links and, with its own railway station and hotel on site, the venue is an event organisers dream come true.

The unique £2 million development of XS!TE is being spearheaded by Xspace together with Adrian Brooks, managing director of staging specialist LiteStructures, and leisure entrepreneur Jason Fenning.

With LiteStructures’ experienced team of in-house designers involved in the creation of the venue it benefits from pioneering use of staging, state of the art AV equipment and all the latest business facilities. It also has a management team able to transform the venue for any event, conference or culturally orientated, in a short time frame.
