dBLux Appointed Austrian Distributor for LSC Lighting
dBLuX has recently been appointed as the Austrian distributor for LSC Lighting.
Following the appointment, Thorsten Sattler of dBLux visited LSC’s Melbourne headquarters to undertake three days of intensive training on the LSC range of lighting equipment.
He was impressed by the wide range of items available - particularly new products such as the XTC console and the maXim v2. Thorsten was previously selling another competitors brand of console and was very surprised to discover the large number of extra features in the maXim. Even more surprising was the speed at which he learnt to use even the most advanced features. Within the first hour of training he was already creating complex scenes and chases with effects, split times and fans.
As well as learning about products Thorsten saw other valuable assets to his visit. “It was great to see inside the company and to meet all the people who work there,” said Thorsten. “Now I understand what will happen inside the company when I send my orders through to them. Richie Mickan spent a lot of time with me and he has showed me so much – products, people and anything else I was interested in.
“It was a great start for both of us. I have had the chance to get to know the guys more than I can do over phone. We had many discussions on what we can do together in the future and I am looking forward to a long term partnership.”
