LSC Lighting Staff Released from Bondage

For those of you who did not make it to PLASA but were intrigued by the latest LSC Lighting advertisements we can now reveal why we went to such great lengths to keep our latest product advancements a surprise.

After a number of years in the market place, LSC decided it was time to update the maXim and extend its features. At PLASA they showed the new look maXim and previewed Version 2 of the software. The new code supports: double the number of moving lights, Syncopated Tap To The Beat; global chase speed; reload of a single playback; new stack control with GoTo command.

The new e24v2, a natural evolution of the popular LSC e24 compact touring dimmer system that includes a touch sensitive LCD control panel and networking, caused quite a buzz amongst the throngs of visitors to the stand, say LSC.

The new DNAnet/R rack mount DMX/Artnet converter which can convert two DMX512 Universes to Ethernet, or vice versa, was well received as was the new ePLATE series of architectural controllers specifically designed to be used with the EKO range of dimming systems but can also be used with the new e24.

And last but not least the XTC, one of the most innovative lighting consoles on the market, was nominated for a PLASA Innovation Award.
