Pink and Fluffy at Stage Electrics

Pink and Fluffy at Stage Electrics

Stage Electrics was very pink and fluffy on Friday 28th October to support Breast Cancer Campaign. Marketing’s Helen Gadbury and Marie Wilson organised the ‘pink day’ by encouraging staff to wear something pink and donate money for the fund raising event.

“We had everything from Paisley pink pyjamas, lurid pink socks, lots of pink shirts - even David Whitehead’s PA Jenny Redman spent the day wearing pink gossamer wings. James Bull from the Projects team looked very comfortable in his pink pussy pyjamas and Anna Western had even more pink on than usual. The menu for the day at The Green Room café at Stage Electrics Bristol offered pink sponge dessert with pink custard, served by men wearing pink bandanas.

First prize for the best pink costume was won by Sandra Brimson, one of Stage Electrics’ housekeepers, who is a breast cancer survivor of some ten years. The event has so far raised £166 and lots of smiles.
