A New Owner for Andolite

Ridgeway Electronics Manufacturing Ltd has acquired the whole of the issued share capital of Andolite Limited. Alan Good, an engineer, of Ridgeway Electronics will be the managing director of Andolite. His intention is to continue the emphasis on customer service, product quality and on-time delivery. Tony Swayne will stay on for the time being to ensure a smooth transition.
