Matrix Compact
The Italian name ‘Leonardo da Vinci’ is associated not only with the world-famous artist but also one of the training programmes of the European Union. The action programme for improved European cooperation in the area of occupational training is designed to contribute towards the European Union’s becoming an internationally competitive, dynamic and knowledge-based economic zone.
Matrix forms part of the Leonardo project. Matrix is a special training concept for the development of uniform international standards of occupational training in the events and entertainment sector. The SPE Media Academy in Berlin, which is responsible for the coordination of the European project, has just produced a compendium of the hard facts on the Matrix project in the form of an information brochure, which is now available from the SPE Media Academy.
