Vieta Pro Signs Mick Brophy
Barcelona's premier league pro-audio manufacturer Vieta has announced the signing of Mick Brophy as its new international sales and marketing director. Having played part-time for the Vieta team last year, in the position of export sales consultant, Brophy is now making a full commitment to the Barcelona club, and will be moving to Spain next year. Club manager Nacho Alberdi explained that the deal was the result of Brophy's impressive performances over the last 12 months, adding that his new player's extensive experience on the international circuit would provide valuable rewards for Vieta in 2006. Brophy has,
in the past, played for Amek, Kling & Freitag and Garwood. The transfer fee is undisclosed.
