Bob See to be Recognized with Lifetime Achievement Award
Bob See, the legendary founder of See Factor Industry, will be recognized on 25th February with the Parnelli Lifetime Achievement Award. The award will take place during the forthcoming ProProduction 2005 event at Long Beach, California.
Bob has been active in the entertainment production industry since 1967, starting See Factor in 1971. Rapidly gaining a reputation for innovative concepts in touring, See Factor has enjoyed a devoted following and was one of the first companies to develop an international presence in the young and growing touring industry.
While taking innovative strides in maximizing the efficiency of touring products, Bob also developed a sharp eye for emerging talent. Known as an “original and notable character”, Bob devoted himself to not only perfecting touring concepts, but to teaching and training others. Through the years, See Factor has become known as something of a production university, infused with Bob’s integrity and strong production values. Many industry personnel - big and small alike - got their start at See Factor.
“Forty years is a long time in this industry,” See states. “I guess it’s a cumulative thing. I’m truly humbled that my peers believe I deserve this award – and very pleased.”
