Corporate Audio Visual Plc Acquires Aztec Communications Group
Corporate Audio Visual Plc has announce the acquisition of the Aztec Communications Group Ltd.
Corporate Audio Visual Plc is one of the UK’s largest audiovisual companies and the acquisition of Aztec Communications, a specialist hire, events and exhibitions company, further strengthens the company’s portfolio of services.
The completion of this acquisition together with the relocation of the Manchester head office to purpose-built premises and the expansion of the Birmingham operation underpins the company’s commitment to technical excellence and industry leading service levels, say Corporate Audio Visual.
Aztec Communications will relocate from its existing Waterloo offices to Corporate AV’s expanded Vauxhall site, which is ideally located to service central London.
Over the past 15 years Aztec Communications has built a reputation for technical competence and quality of service within the event and exhibitions market. Corporate AV’s national presence will provide a platform to expand the exhibition rental division and the Aztec Live Events team will be integrated into Corporate AV’s rapidly expanding events division, Live Productions.
Corporate AV’s group managing director Justin Tipler said: “This is an exciting time in our development - the synergy benefits of this acquisition will strengthen our position within the UK and more importantly create additional value to both existing and new clients.”
