New Venue for Stagecraft
Working with Forsyth Websper marketing consultancy and Exor Management Services, Stagecraft was responsible for the technical organisation and staging of the conference which launched a new public sector supplier accreditation scheme. The conference was attended by those responsible for procurement in local government, their business customers and business trade associations.
Anita Blake from Stagecraft explained: “It is always exciting to be involved in work on new projects, and Trafalgar Park is an exceptionally beautiful venue for conferences and meetings. We worked closely with Forsyth Websper, Exor and Trafalgar Park on the planning and implementation of the lighting, sound and projection for the conference, being careful to take into consideration the age and fragility of the surroundings we were working in.”
Stagecraft created a stage area at Trafalgar Park for the speeches at the conference, and supplied projection materials, laptops, DVD players and sound and lighting equipment.
Nicki Websper, director of Forsyth Websper, who managed the event on behalf of Exor said: “Stagecraft were the perfect partner for this event, sympathetically interpreting an unusual venue as a conference facility from the outset and providing excellent support up to and including the day itself, which was a great success.”
