Midas and Klark Teknik Offer Siena Solo Tracking System Package Deal

Midas and Klark Teknik are offering purchasers of the new Midas Siena console, for a limited period, the chance to invest in Klark Teknik’s Helix digital EQ at the price of a quality pro analogue graphic. This will allow them to take advantage of the Midas and Klark Teknik’s unique Solo Tracking System (STS). STS allows the solo’d outputs from the Siena to be shown on the Helix master unit, or as an option on a wireless tablet PC, giving them complete control of all the EQ functions for that output.

STS has been developed to increase accessibility and reduce access time to critical functions when using Klark Teknik¹s Helix in conjunction with a Midas STS-compatible console. The special offer applies to the newly launched Siena, although STS is also compatible with the Legend and all Heritage series consoles.

"STS hugely simplifies the hard-pressed monitor engineer¹s task during live performances when time is of the essence, saving valuable seconds when carrying out functions which need to happen instantaneously," says sales and marketing director David Cooper. "This is also an important step forward in integrating the Midas and Klark Teknik product ranges."

The STS package consists of a Siena of any frame size, one Helix DN9340 master and one DN9344 slave unit plus a free wireless peripheral kit. Users then simply connect to their own wireless access point and wireless-capable PC, allowing the freedom to walk around the venue making real-time adjustments to EQ and delay parameters within the Helix system.
