Fuzion Launches FG Series from T&M

In a radical upgrade and respecification of their former wooden enclosures, t&m Systems have announced their new high-value FG Series of loudspeakers. These were officially launched by distributors Fuzion plc to great acclaim at this month’s Bar:05 exhibition.

Designed for high-power reproduction in themed venues and music bars, all models have been been developed in Germany with high priority given to the crossover design and improved aesthetics. Only high quality, extensively checked components are used in these systems, making the FG Series suitable both as a full-range stand-alone system or in combination with any of the FG Series subwoofers.

The new products are as follows. FG61 is a 2-way full-range, multifunctional cabinet with bass reflex design; features a 6.5in LF and 1in compression driver. Recommended amplifier power is 150W-200W @ 8 ohms, 93dB SPL (1w/1m). FG81 is similarly designed, and features an 8in LF and 1in compression driver on a square, rotatable horn; recommended amplifier power 180-250W @ 8 ohms, 95 dB SPL (1w/1m). The FG101 features a 10in LF and 1in compression driver on a square, rotatable horn. Recommended amplifier power is 250-350W @ 8 ohms; 96 dB SPL (1w/1m). FG122 is similarly configured, and features a 12in LF and a 1.3in compression driver on a square, rotatable horn. Recommended amplifier power is 300-600 watts @ 8 ohms; 98 dB SPL (1w/1m). The FG152 features a 15in LF and a 1.3in compression driver on a square, rotatable horn. Recommended amplifier power is 350-650 watts @ 8 ohms; 101 dB SPL (1w/1m).

There are also three subwoofer, bass reflex enclosures — FG112S (containing single 12in driver); FG115S (containing single 15in) and FG118S (with single 18in driver).
