A.C. Lighting Appoints Technical Sales Representative in Germany
A.C. Lighting has appointed lighting consultant Uli Weiss (pictured) as their technical sales representative in Germany for the company’s flagship exclusive products, following a huge rise in enquiries for the Chroma-Q Color Block DB4 and Jands Vista.
Uli will use his wealth of entertainment lighting technical knowledge and experience to oversee all
day-to-day demonstration and sales enquiries for the products, effective immediately.
Since joining the industry in 1992, Uli has worked as a technical consultant for some of the leading lighting manufacturers and has been the designer, programmer and operator for numerous shows in Germany across the full range of rock ‘n’ roll, corporate, theatre, dance and TV lighting markets.
The innovative Chroma-Q Color Block multi-purpose LED system has caught the imagination of lighting designers, production companies and rental companies alike due to its unique ‘building block’ design, which provides users with endless configuration possibilities from a single fixture type.
The revolutionary Jands Vista lighting console has had a similar impact on the lighting community due to its totally visually based user interface. By rejecting complex number-crunching in favour of control of all design parameters using a pen and a large colour screen, this has resulted in a console which is extremely fast, simple and intuitive to operate.
