DeSisti Acquire Despar GmbH
Mario DeSisti has announced the complete acquisition of Despar Gmbh by De Sisti Lighting. Along with this he also announced that a new organisational structure has been implemented to develop and service the German market.
“This move reinforces the commitment we have always had to the German market, and its importance to De Sisti Lighting,” said Mario DeSisti.
National sales manager in Germany is Martin Holz, who has been with Despar GmbH since 1996. He will be assisted within the company by Peter Wenzel and Monika Walther.
“I would like to thank Ruediger Kreckel, our former partner and managing director of Despar GmbH for all his years of professionalism and dedication to the company, wishing him all the best for his future activities,” added Mario DeSisti.
