ATC to Amalgamate with PSL
PSL (Presentation Services [Trading] Ltd) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the business and assets of ATC (Aviation Television & Communications Ltd).
ATC has many years experience in providing AV and IT services to the aviation and defence industry. ATC services all the major air shows worldwide including Farnborough, Paris and Dubai, as well as a prestigious client base in the defence sector.
ATC’s team will relocate to PSL’s 70,000sq ft facility at Potters Bar, where the business of ATC will form a division of PSL.
PSL MD, Gary Davis comments: “The amalgamation of ATC with PSL will create an excellent opportunity, enabling PSL to provide the increased resources necessary to grow the business. We look forward to working with the ATC team and welcoming them and their clients to PSL.”
Head of ATC, David Slaymaker responded: “Aviation Television & Communications has been supplying the Aviation and Defence exhibition industry for many years and has built a strong reputation. We are delighted with this deal which will give the ATC team a tremendous opportunity to consolidate this position and expand its services.”
