ECT POP Screens Aid Events Industry

With the aid of chemical enhancements ECT have developed a screen that maintains the high quality of quartz crystal screens at a price that reflects the economies of scale production.
The methods used in the manufacture are critical in the performance levels that can be enjoyed. The casting process ensures the quartz crystal diffusion particles are poured into the liquid acrylic before polymerisation, and settle to a very fine layer within the thickness of the acrylic sheet. This process creates an extremely fine image-capture plane, so that images projected onto the screens are of high quality and have a very wide angle of viewing - both of which are important when in a display, entrance lobby or an eyecatching digital display.
Another distinct advantage of the POP screen is size. POP screens are available up to 13 in diagonal. Plasma screens seem to have reached their zenith of resolution at 1080 resolution, while large LCD screens are – in many cases – prohibitively expensive. The POPscreen solution is also lightweight, eliminating the need for any structural reinforcement to ceilings or walls.
