A.C. Lighting All Geared Up for PLASA Show 2005

A.C. Lighting are set for another exciting show at this year’s PLASA exhibition, where several major product launches and new distribution lines will be unveiled on the stand (J28).

A.C. Lighting

A.C. Lighting will be on hand to demonstrate a selection of exciting new innovations from the company’s growing line-up of exclusively distributed product lines, and run through the full range of leading entertainment technology brands available from the company’s extensive stockholding.

   New innovations on the stand include Chroma-Q’s Color Block LED pipe, pixel cap and beam diffusion kit optics accessories, and Jands’ Vista S3 work surface console and E2 wing add-on programming / playback module.

   Glyn O’Donoghue and Neil Vann from A.C.’s Technical Sales Dept. will also be providing presentations throughout each day on the Chroma-Q Color Block and Jands Vista products.

   A.C’s stock-holding of lighting products includes moving lights, LED fixtures, lanterns, followspots, colour changers, trussing and rigging, dimming and power distribution, control, effects, cable and connectors, and consumables.

A.C. Audio

A.C.’s Audio division will be providing free product seminars throughout the show on a selection of the leading audio brands stocked by the company. Presentations will include a representative from Yamaha discussing the merits of digital versus analogue consoles, and Funktion One’s Tony Andrews discussing his 25 year pursuit of the ultimate loudspeaker design. Loud Technologies’ Vince Borelli will also be discussing the Mackie TT24 digital desk for analogue minds and Beyerdynamic’s Simon Druce will show Powersoft’s compact, hi power digital amplification range. Finally, Audient’s Nick Pemberton will be discussing some of the new additions to their product range, including the CAN-D headphone delay system and the ONE loudspeaker management system.

   A.C.’s stock-holding of audio products includes amplifiers, cable and stage boxes, AV equipment, communications, headphones, in-ear monitoring systems, infra-red / loop systems, loudspeakers, microphones, mixers, network / telephony, patchbays and racking, processors, recording equipment, source equipment, stands and accessories.

A.C. Special Projects

A.C’s Special Projects division will be giving visitors to the stand the opportunity to review a selection of high profile installations they have been responsible for via an interactive touch-screen. Projects are featured from the theatre, retail, leisure, corporate, educational and entertainment sectors, and include the BT Tower illuminated logo and the recently completed Victoria & Albert Museum John Madejski Garden. Project managers will be on hand to discuss the installs and customers’ own requirements.
