PSCo Win PLASA Award for FogScreen
The newly launched FogScreen was announced winner of a PLASA Award for Innovation at the recent PLASA 2005 show in London. It attracted interest from VJ’s, production companies, consultants, architects, venues and lighting designers alike.
The new FogScreen, which captures images on a layer of fog made from pure tap water, was launched at PLASA and the awards judges believed it was “a genuine first, offering a unique effect”.
The fog feels dry and cool to touch, and can be walked through, taking only seconds for the images projected upon it to reform. Visitors were also amazed by its latest development, the inclusion of an infra red interactive sensor which allows the screen to be used as a touch screen.
PSCo will be showing the FogScreen at Tech Event 2005 at Reading Football Stadium on 27th October where all their products will be on display for visitors to experience first hand.
