Arena Scene Vantage Launch

The Arena Group captured the attention of visitors to this year’s Showman’s Show with the launch of the Arena Scene Vantage hospitality suite.
The three storey structure created new horizons at its Newbury Showground launch in more ways than one - primarily in defining new standards as to what can be achieved in a temporary hospitality venue, and secondly with its sheer size offering superb views looking out over the rest of the show.
The engineering behind the Vantage means that the suites comply with full building regulations, enabling use as a semi-permanent building. Belying that solid finish, the Vantage on show at the Showman’s Show was constructed in a mere three weeks.
Building on experience of the Arena Group, creating environments at prestigious events, the Vantage represents a significant evolution of the Arena Scene suites, previously utilised on events including the British F1 Silverstone Grand Prix, Ryder Cup and Cheltenham Festival.
The ethos behind the Vantage is that each building will be unique, designed and built to match each client’s requirements, from motorsport drivers’ lounges and international political meeting venues to executive sponsors suites at live events.
Guests to the Vantage on show at the Showman’s Show walked through raked Arena Seating for over 400 guests up to the front of an expansive patio. The patio area not only formed an ideal outdoor viewing platform, its beautifully finished hardwood floor, combined with chrome and glass finish and stunning floral display introduced guests to the contemporary environment finished to the highest of standards.
Entering the first floor suite, guests were immediately impressed by the luxuriously spacious reception area, with standing or seating options. The natural wood and fauna contrasted the chrome and glass throughout the venue. A central atrium linked to the upper suite, with two natural hardwood staircases taking guests to a relaxed seated bar area in one half, with formal lunch laid on tables in the other half and stunning views through.
Whilst the immediate impact is that the Vantage is an aesthetically pleasing design-led product, it incorporates leading engineering and state-of-the-art technology to ensure functionality in virtually any location. It can be extended from a two storey to a five storey venue and conforms to full building regulations for long term installations.
Other features the Arena Group has already designed as options include: passenger lifts (for full disabled access); integral toilets and kitchens on each floor; full temperature control; wi fi compatibility throughout; full audio visual support; private (partition and sound-proofed) meeting / training facilities; media viewing platform / commentary booths; translation booths for international guests/clients; full branding opportunities.
Arena Scene MD Grahame Muir said: “Feedback from first viewings of the Vantage has been very encouraging, not least winning two stand awards, which are a testament to the hard work of the whole team behind the scenes. Vantage was created in response to client demand for premium hospitality buildings with superior environments. We listened to the frustration of some clients that their needs weren’t being addressed by any other product on the market, and have spent 18 months developing the new Vantage. This is the best, most cost effective permanent, yet relocatable, solution on the market. This is the future of premium hospitality suites.”
