AVM Gain PRINCE2 Qualifications
AVM, the leading AV system integrator and service provider, now have three project managers who are PRINCE2 qualified and the aim is to have all their project managers qualified within the next year. Marc Cooke, operations manager, is a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner - which is the highest qualification.
PRINCE2 stands for Projects IN Controlled Environments. The course is very intensive and it teaches project managers a series of processes which cover all the activities needed on a project from starting up to closing down. It is also the standard UK government method for project management.
