APT Appoints Indigon as Its Distributor in Korea
Two years of close cooperation between codec manufacturer APT and digital solutions company Indigon has resulted in APT appointing Indigon as its exclusive distributor in South Korea.
Established in 2003, Indigon is a rapidly expanding company that provides the latest digital video, audio and imaging solutions to the broadcasting, transportation, communication and industrial markets.
Indigon’s products and solutions are widely accepted by major broadcasting and government customers in Korea such as KBS (Korea Broadcasting System), KHC (Korea Highway Corporation), and KCT (Korea Institute of Construction Technology). The company has won numerous projects from these institutions, installing products such as video/audio codecs, Intelligent Traffic Systems and broadcasting equipment in many different network environments.
Guy Gampell, APT’s Asian sales manager, says: "Indigon has worked very closely with APT over the last two years to bring to market the WorldNet Oslo modular codec system, resulting in significant sales in the territory.
