PSL Appointed as Official AV & IT Equipment Supplier to 2006 Farnborough Airshow
Farnborough International Ltd, organiser of the world's largest airshow, has appointed ATC/PSL as its Official Audio-Visual and IT equipment supplier for its July 2006 event.
Farnborough International Airshow 2006 is again set to be the biggest, most internationally attended aerospace event in the world – a globally renowned showcase of aerospace equipment and technology, providing the perfect venue for the world’s civil and military aerospace suppliers to congregate.
Although Potters Bar-based ATC (Aviation Television & Communication) has been a regular supplier to the Farnborough Air Show, this is the first time that the joint resources of ATC and its new parent group PSL will be combined, providing seamless and fully integrated delivery of the Show's AV and IT equipment requirements from a single source.
"We believe we can make it more successful for Farnborough International Ltd than ever before," says PSL's managing director Gary Davis. "It's a very prestigious contract for PSL, and one of the biggest events in the calendar of our new subsidiary ATC. We have already appointed a dedicated project team, and are planning to have an on-site presence at the Show, providing full on-site support."
ATC/PSL will also be supplying this the 45th Airshow with all of its outdoor PA and sound reinforcement systems, which amounts to what is one of the largest outdoor public address systems to be set up in Europe.
