Telectra Ltd. Becomes Beadlight Ltd.
Changing name from Telectra to Beadlight reflects, more accurately, the nature of the company’s business - including the fact that the majority of products that the company designs, engineers, manufactures and markets utilise its proprietary intellectual property, Bead*light Technologies (patents pending). In particular, the Bead*light LED diffusion system is used in the company’s principal ‘Hi-Tech’ markets of event, TV and entertainment lighting and commercial airliner in-seat lighting.
There has been no change in the company ownership, management or trading style and the address and contact details remain the same.
