Leisuretec Distribution for Vestax Corporation
For some time the Vestax Corporation has been developing the innovative VRX-2000 Vinyl Cutter, which was recently launched for the UK market. Other recent product releases include the PMC-08 Pro Mixer and the innovative CDR-07 Performance CD-Writer.
In recent years, Vestax Europe Ltd has distributed the Vestax range of products in the UK, however Vestax Europe will cease trading on 31st March 2006. Andy Williams, current MD of Vestax Europe will join the Vestax DJ Academy at the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, Surrey.
Managing Director for Leisuretec Distribution Nick Spalding commented: “Distributing products for the DJ market is second nature for Leisuretec, having originated and been consistently prominent in this sector from the early 90s. The addition of the Vestax range of products strengthens Leisuretec’s offering to it’s trade customers which means customers in the immediate future will be able to source the strongest brands, for example Denon, Pioneer and Vestax from one company, with one order, one delivery and one invoice to process, which we hope will make our customer’s company’s more efficient and profitable too.”
Commenting further Nick Spalding added: “It’s an exciting time for everybody involved with the Vestax brand, the original founder of the Vestax Corporation in Japan, Mr Shino has come out of retirement to put the pizzazz back into Vestax products and the corporation in Japan has adopted a new corporate image that is very eye catching. There are also a number of exciting products that have been released and more in development which will open doors to a number of different markets.
