Selecon Open European Service Centre
After many months of planning and hard work Selecon has announced the opening of the Selecon European Service Centre as from the 1st March 2006. This new stocking warehouse and distribution centre is located in Enschede, in the Netherlands, and presents the opportunity for a whole new level of service and delivery to the company’s many European dealers and their customers.
"The opening of Selecon Europe B.V. marks the beginning of a long road that all of us at the Selecon have walked since we first started doing serious business in Europe. In the nine years that I have been sales and marketing director for Europe, there has been steady growth and demand for Selecon product and our commitment to the European market requires that we stock our products close to the customer base," said Michael Goldberg. “I am delighted that our new facility is now open and that we have the potential to grow the business into the 21st century.”
Leading the way forward is Jorike Siemerink, Selecon’s European Service Centre Manager who will manage the business of Selecon Europe B.V. Jorike has an MBA, speaks English, German, some French and of course, Dutch and brings experience in customer service and logistics.
Situated in the south east of the Netherlands close to the German border, the Selecon European Service Centre is well located to service Selecon’s well established business in the surrounding countries and our growing business in the new Central Europe.
