Proel Introduces FBT Amico 900
FBT has expanded its range of Amico integrated PA package systems with the UK launch of the Amico 900.
Despite its very affordable price, the Amico 900 is very similar to the already popular Amico 1000, delivering 600W + 2x150W into a 3-way bass reflex system, using a 15” sub-woofer with a 3” voice coil and neodymium magnet, plus two satellites fitted with 6.5” neodymium woofers with 1” compression drivers allied to constant directivity 90x60 degree horns.
The difference between the two models - and the key to the Amico 900’s lower cost - is that in place if the 1000’s sophisticated mixer stage, the 900 features a single XLR/jack input with three tone controls, balance, master and sub-woofer volume.
A complete plug-and-play system, the 900 couldn’t be easier to transport, featuring oversize wheels, lightweight - but highly durable - materials and a single carrying handle. Component quality is identical to that of the bigger models - it’s just more suitable for the single user working to a budget.
The FBT Amico 900 is immediately available in the UK from Proel International.
