PSL Opens New High-Spec Video Editing Suite
PSL is now able to offer its clients a full pre-production and production service using video, after opening a new HDV video editing suite at its corporate headquarters in Potters Bar, Herts.
The new in-house studio, offering Apple Macintosh G5 with Final Cut Pro HDV, is designed to be extremely user-friendly, and fully compatible with other edit suites. It has already been used successfully by PSL clients, editing video content for the Pet Shop Boys and the European premiere of the blockbuster Poseidon.
The suite can be rented on a daily basis, with or without an operator. Facilities include: Apple PowerPC G5, Quad (4x) Processor 2.5 GHz, 4 Gb DDR SDRAM, 2x 500Gb S-ATA internal, 1.5Tb SCSI RAID external and AJA Kona LHe – HDV editing.
