PSL Vaults into AV Partnership Role at Vinopolis

PSL, the London-based event services company, is expanding its presence in the City of London, with its appointment as Preferred AV & Production Partner to one of the capital's most stylish meeting venues, Vinopolis.
Since Vinopolis opened in 1999, it has strongly developed its unique dual identity as a wine-tasting visitor attraction with an impressive capacity for corporate and private events. Developed over a three-acre site beneath 140-year-old Victorian railway arches, alongside London Bridge and Borough Market, Vinopolis offers a a range of spectacular spaces for banquets, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, weddings and social functions. Six distinct areas, underneath 21 soaring arches, regularly welcome party sizes of 10 to 1250 guests, making it one of the City’s most sought-after locations.
With a staff member permanently on site at Vinopolis, PSL will now handle all the AV and production requirements of Vinopolis' events. Working alongside the experienced in-house event management team known as 'taste….VINOPOLIS', PSL will bring its own specialist skills and extensive expertise, together with a very substantial equipment resource, to ensure the smooth-running of the technical aspects of all productions at the venue.
Vinopolis' chief executive, Malcolm Ball, described the evaluation process that led to PSL's appointment. “After a lengthy review involving a number of different suppliers, our decision to select PSL to handle all the AV requirements of 'taste….VINOPOLIS' was based on three key factors. Firstly, we were impressed with PSL's hands-on approach to the everyday management of our events. Secondly, they offer a massive range of fully integrated production services with excellent back-up systems. Lastly, PSL were able to offer us a competitively priced, comprehensive package that fully met our requirements.”
