The new MR16 ChromaTube from Pulsar provides vivid bands of vertical RGB colour changing that enhances night time environments. ChromaTube is available in 300, 600 and 900 mm lengths allowing for the creation of stunning three dimensional layouts. At the top of each ChromaTube is our MR16 ChromaHeart that creates colour controllable light.
The new 19” rack mounting ChromaZoneRM-X3 is now available and this compact 2U device features a LCD menu driven user interface. The RMX3 model provides enough power to drive the new series of X3 products, such as 12 ChromaBatten50s, 12 1200mm ChromaStripX3 - or 180 MR16s range!
ChromaStrip 12Vs are single colour LED strips powered directly from 12V AC or DC, such as common 12V down lighter transformers or even vehicle battery supplies. Standard 12V transformers and dimmer packs can be used to power and dim these products. 12V ChromaStrips are available in 300, 600, 900 and 1200 mm lengths, each are capable of 20° or 90° beam angles by inverting the circuit board. CS12V are made to order in single LED colours of your specified choice. ChromaStrip 12V is waterproof and designed for concealed lighting and to highlight architectural features such as windows, doorways, coving or building structure outlines.
ChromaHeart MR16 12V units are high quality single colour LED fittings designed for quality and reliability. They are powered directly from 12V AC or DC. Standard 12V transformers and dimmer packs can be used to power and dim these products. They are also made to order in single LED colours of specified choice.
Economies of scale and advances in technology have given Pulsar the possibility to pass cost savings to customers, and they have therefore announced that with immediate effect they have been able to reduce pricing on some of their key products.
Many ChromaRange products are now available with Variable White LED configuration. Using a combination of Cold White LEDs for primary light generation and a carefully selected combination of Green Amber and Red LEDs to provide the ability to warm the light output in a controllable fashion. Currently products available as VW are ChromaFlood, ChromaBatten and Strip.
Finally, all Pulsar ChromaRange Products are now available in custom LED configurations to customer’s specification. For minimum orders of 12 pieces they can populate the LED colours of choice into products. Typical manufacturing time for such orders is four weeks from confirmed order.
Other new products include ChromaStripX3 now available with 45 degree lens, ChromaBatten50 now available with 10x90 degree lenses, ChromaBatten100 now available with 45 degree lenses, ChromaFlood100 and 200 now available with 10x90 degree lenses, a half size ChromaBankMk2 (remote zone), and a ChromaBatten300 (1.8m/6ft) should be available by December this year.
Pulsar’s Autumn 2006 ChromaRange brochure is now available. This new edition is a whopping 52 pages and features project reference pages along with a new easy-to-read iconised layout for the product pages. It can be downloaded from the Pulsar website.
