Welcome to the Family: White Light to Distribute LSC in the UK and Ireland

White Light has announced its appointment as the exclusive UK distributor for the products of LSC Lighting Systems from Australia. White Light will assume this role from the start of the 2006 PLASA Show, with LSC being officially welcomed into the White Light family of exclusive distributorship products at twelve noon on Sunday 11th September, the first day of the PLASA Show, on White Light’s stand, G25.

LSC manufacturers a wide range of products covering everything from lighting control desks (including the XTC, MINIM and maXim) and dimmers (the monoPAK, EKO and i-series installation, and e-series and TDS touring dimmers) to power and data distribution with products such as the Delta data splitters.

LSC’s products are already in use in a great many venues ‘down under’ and around the world, and have become increasingly of interest to UK technicians and venues. A selection of products will be on show on the White Light stand and the LSC stand H11. They will then be available for demonstration either by visiting White Light’s Wimbledon base or contacting the White Light Sales team to arrange an onsite demonstration.

“We are delighted to add LSC to our family of exclusive distributor products,” Comments Peter Threadgold, White Light sales director. “They offer a range of quality products that perfectly compliments our other exclusives while offering the UK market a viable and value-added alternative to existing products. Their unique product design offers users benefits that will make LSC extremely attractive and consequently we have made a significant investment in stock to ensure that we keep up with the anticipated local demand.”

The LSC range joins and complements the a ‘family’ of products which White Light distributes in the UK, these including DMX remote controls, show recorders and DMX and ethernet distribution products from ELC, fluorescent and LED colour mixing systems from LDDE, smoke and haze machines from Look Solutions, colour scrollers from Rainbow, spotlights and dimming from Robert Juliat and wireless DMX distribution from Wireless Solutions, as well as White Light’s own products: the Digital Festoon System and, to be launched at PLASA, the new White Light 15A splitter.

White Light’s stand at PLASA 2006 will feature products from all of these manufacturers, as well as an example of the model theatres with fully working, scaled down lighting installations from LightBox. The stand will also see the return of an old friend, the White Light Reference Guide, fresh faced and fully updated.
