Equipment Management System from TRP

The TRP Equipment Management System has been specially created to facilitate the recording, inspection and auditing of PPE, work at height or any safety work equipment in a simple cohesive way. The pack is designed for both individuals and companies and has the ability to expand easily with equipment stock levels. The system guides the individual/ company through the documentation needed to be completed and filed in order to be compliant with Health and Safety requirements. It is totally generic so can just as easily be used for PPE such as gloves and breathing equipment as work at height equipment. The A4 File allows you to file all the master documentation including Certificates of Conformity, Manufacturers’ Information Sheets and item thorough inspection records.

   The A5 Booklet is designed to be carried with individual kits and records visual, intermediate and thorough Inspections, giving the worker on-site proof of inspection and safety, and therefore the Health & Safety Officer an accessible system of checking procedures. TRP feel that by the user being able to see the current inspection status of their equipment this also gives ownership back to the user and encourages them to be more vigilant in the inspection process, and record feedback from usage.

   The pack is available via the Rigging Partnership online shop for £47 with additional A5 log booklets at £2.50 each.
