Sennheiser Electronic GmbH & Co. KG Restructures
The shareholders of Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG and Dipl.-Ing. Rolf Meyer, president marketing and sales and speaker of the executive committee, have unanimously decided to terminate their cooperation with immediate effect.
At the same time the shareholders stated that they would like to thank Mr. Meyer for his intense and successful cooperation in different assignments for the company during the past 12 years and wish him the very best of luck in his future endeavours.
Effective immediately Dipl.-Ing. Volker Bartels, president manufacturing and logistics, takes on the function as speaker of the Executive Committee. In addition, Mrs. Susanne Seidel, vice-president marketing, takes on the responsibility of marketing for the entire Sennheiser Group and becomes a member of the executive committee.
Paul Whiting, vice-president sales, takes on the responsibility of sales of the entire Sennheiser Group and also becomes a member of the executive committee.
The shareholders say they would like to wish those taking on new assignments good luck and success with the challenging job that lies ahead.
